Enquiries and reservations
Enquiry forms and demo reservations ask for an adult's contact details so the team can respond or arrange a session. The reservation form uses a name, email and phone number, with a child's age for programme fit. Do not send medical records or other sensitive details in a general enquiry.
Services you choose to use
Google Forms, WhatsApp, email and calendar links open the service named on the button. Its privacy information also applies when you use it. The on-site guide may process and log the messages you send to answer programme questions; avoid sharing sensitive personal information in chat.
Optional website analytics
Optional analytics are disabled until you allow them using the cookie preferences in the footer. They help measure visits and website actions. Contact details and private reservation tokens are excluded from the site's analytics events. Marketing consent in the booking flow is separate and optional.
